Excel2

In 2007 it is 100 years ago that the first Excelsior Motorcycle was build.
We are launching a book (A4 format, approx: 260 images, colour print) this summer about this Chicago based make. The name of the book will be American X.. Excelsior motorcycles were sold under this name in England, because the US-based make did not like to run into trouble with the british Excelsior make.
This book covers the history of Excelsior, Super X and Excelsior -Henderson Motorcycles. All production maschines will be covered, including racing maschines.
It is a limited production run ( exact number not decided yet, but not more than 1000 copys) with 176 pages based on historical documents, pictures etc. Some of them never released.
The text is in German but with a lot of english stuff inside which are not translated.
